Aggregators source produce from outgrowers; processors transform raw produce into finished goods ready for distribution.
Warehouse Receipt
Processed goods are received at the nearest warehouse cluster, where inventory is managed and prepared for dispatch.
Last-Mile Delivery
Logistics partners and operators manage territory-wise haulage and final delivery to sub-consolidators, food vendors, and consumers.
Retail & Public Handoff
Food vendors — restaurants and other retail food businesses — receive stock and sell processed food items and beverages to the public, with logistics operators handling dispatch to everyday customers.
